As founder of Too Groovy Salon — a 23-year Atlanta institution — Robin built one of the city's most respected texture-inclusive salon brands, earning a reputation for results-driven service, cultural competency, and professional excellence.
That salon legacy became the foundation for something larger. Groove Global Industries now leads a growing portfolio that includes the Too Groovy Moisture Luxe product collection — a professional-grade line built for wavy, curly, kinky, and coily hair — alongside two education platforms: Texture Academy, focused on the science and art of textured hair care, and AHA! Advanced Hair Academy™, a professional development institution designed to set new global standards in hair care mastery.

She serves as Executive Lead for Atlanta's Black Chambers of Commerce, holds the Leadership & Professional Pillar with BBII (Black Beauty Industry Initiative), and acts as an Advisor for Lash Lovr Beauty Tech Company, a rising innovator at the intersection of aesthetics and technology.
