The African Immigrant Collective (AIM Collective) is a nonprofit community organization dedicated to empowering African immigrants and diaspora professionals to thrive in the United States. Through leadership development, advocacy, and community engagement, we create pathways for economic empowerment, civic participation, and cultural connection.
Founded in Atlanta, AIM Collective provides a welcoming platform for immigrants to build networks, access professional and entrepreneurial resources, and engage in public life with confidence and purpose. Our programs include the African Immigrant Professional & Entrepreneurship Summit, the AIM Masterclass Series, and the Advocacy & Policy Conference, all designed to promote visibility, inclusion, and representation for the African immigrant community.
We connect members with mentors, partners, and opportunities while fostering collaboration across industries and generations. AIM Collective also serves as a bridge between immigrant communities, policymakers, and civic leaders—helping to shape conversations that impact our shared future.
